This letter is to recommend NFG Security LLC as a highly professional business. The entire firm is steadfast, thorough, and diligent.

The Town of Fort Myers Beach had the pleasure to work with NFG Security after Hurricane Ian destroyed our Town and Town Hall, leaving us all vulnerable to theft, or aggression from Island Residents who were also detrimentally affected by the storm. They served as our security for nearly 8 months. After which we were in a position that no longer required security presence.

As with all businesses it starts with the owners, and in our experience the owners of NFG were very communicative and quickly responded to any questions, requests, or issues. In addition, they themselves were often on site, or quick to be present in person, and even performing as security guards if necessary.

The guards themselves, who work for NFG Security LLC, were consistently professional, efficient, and kind in their dealing with Town staff and the public. Never did they complain or require intervention from staff.

On more than one occasion an angry Resident approached the Town Hall and was showing aggression towards security and staff. The guards were always close, they had a handle of the situation and maintained control. The aggressor only once had to be removed from the property, which the guards handled effectively.

We are very impressed with NFG Security and would highly recommend them to anyone who may need their services.
